Advise patients on suitable eyewear based on their prescription, lifestyle, facial features, and personal preferences. Ensure proper fitting and comfort of frames and lenses.
Recommend appropriate lens types (single vision, bifocal, progressive, etc.) and coatings (anti-glare, UV protection) tailored to the customer's vision needs.
Accurately interpret prescriptions provided by optometrists or ophthalmologists and ensure correct lens production.
Perform frame adjustments, repairs, and maintenance to ensure optimal vision and comfort for the wearer.
Deliver excellent customer service by guiding customers through the purchasing process, resolving queries, and helping with after-sales support including warranties and returns.
