Dispatcher/Field Staff

The job involves preparing, packing, and dispatching material according to internal orders. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating dispatch records through a register, manual entries, or system updates. Handling the loading and unloading of material at the warehouse and delivery locations will be part of your duties. You will also need to coordinate with transporters and drivers for the dispatch of materials. Additionally, you will be required to travel regularly between the office and warehouse based on the dispatch schedule. Visiting client sites or vendor locations for delivery or receipt may also be necessary. Reporting the dispatch status to the store or sales team at regular intervals will be expected from you. Ensuring the safety of materials during movement and handover is crucial. The role will involve physical work such as manual material handling for loading and unloading. Field visits for delivery handover or follow-up might be required based on the situation. Therefore, the ideal candidate must be physically fit and active to fulfill the job requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers, with a day shift schedule. The work location is on-site, requiring in-person presence for the job duties.,
