Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher.

Must have Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowing about Load board DAT truck stops etc. Load Booking .

This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
• Ensuring the on-time pick up and delivery of loads. related to logistics, shipping, receiving, and fleet management.
• Knowledge about HOS or ELD.
• Manage data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with dispatching teams and drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with logistics terminology and processes such as freight handling and supply chain management is a plus.
• Proficiency in data entry and the ability to analyze information for effective decision-making.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Experience using software tools related to logistics or customer service is advantageous.
