As a Dispatch Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating with carriers to ensure smooth dispatch, loading, and delivery processes. You will update logistics activities in real-time, understand USA freight rates, service areas, and build strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will track market conditions and negotiate rates smartly. This full-time, permanent role is based in Bangalore, with a night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.
