Trainee – Production (Visual Inspection / Dispatch)

Role Purpose

The Trainee – Production will support vaccine manufacturing operations by assisting in visual inspection, vial handling, labelling, packing, and dispatch activities in compliance with cGMP standards, SOPs, and the company’s quality policies.

This role offers hands-on exposure to regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments and is ideal for fresh graduates seeking a career in vaccine production.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cleaning and disinfection programs as per approved SOPs
• Perform washing, drying, and sterilization of equipment and components
• Carry out visual inspection of vials and finished vaccine products
• Assist in labelling, packing, and dispatch of finished goods
• Ensure accurate documentation and batch record maintenance
• Adhere strictly to cGMP, safety, and cleanroom protocols

Qualification & Eligibility

Education:

• Diploma or Any Degree

Preferred Disciplines:

• Biotechnology
• Microbiology
• Life Sciences (preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 60% aggregate marks with no active arrears
• Willingness to work in shift-based cleanroom operations
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in a regulated environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
