As a Material Dispatcher, your role involves preparing, packing, and dispatching materials according to internal orders. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating dispatch records through registers, manual entries, or the system. Handling the loading and unloading of materials at the warehouse and delivery locations will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will coordinate with transporters and drivers to ensure the smooth dispatch of materials. Traveling regularly between the office and warehouse as per the dispatch schedule is essential, and you may need to visit client sites or vendor locations for delivery or receipt purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, pack, and dispatch material as per internal orders - Maintain and update dispatch records (register/manual/system) - Handle loading/unloading of material at warehouse and at delivery location - Coordinate with transporters and drivers for material dispatch - Travel regularly between office and warehouse as per dispatch schedule - Visit client sites or vendor locations for delivery/receipt if needed - Report dispatch status to store/sales team regularly - Ensure material safety during movement and handover In this role, physical and fieldwork is a crucial aspect. Manual material handling, including loading and unloading, will be required. Field visits for delivery handover or follow-up may also be necessary as the job demands. As a candidate, you must be physically fit and active to perform these tasks efficiently. Qualification Required: - Physically fit and able to handle manual material handling tasks - Strong communication skills to coordinate with transporters, drivers, and internal teams This job is full-time and permanent, suitable for fresher candidates who are willing to take on the responsibilities of a Material Dispatcher.
