Dispatch Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Dispatch Executive, your main responsibility will be to ensure efficient and timely communication between the organization and service personnel. You will be in charge of receiving and recording emergency and non-emergency calls, as well as monitoring field units to coordinate their schedules effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Receiving and recording emergency and non-emergency calls and relaying pertinent information to drivers or service personnel - Using radio, telephone, or computer systems to send units to appropriate locations - Monitoring the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule - Providing field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements - Entering data into the computer system and maintaining logs and records of calls, activities, and other information - Managing communication systems, dispatching systems, response units, and handling emergency situations - Following protocols and guidelines while making dispatching decisions - Relaying information to law enforcement and emergency response personnel as needed - Maintaining communication with all personnel during emergency situations until a resolution has been reached Qualifications Required: - Education: Any graduate - Experience: 3-4 years Please note that this job is a full-time position and will require you to work in person at the designated work location.,
