JD for Dispatch Supervisor / Executive: -
· Planning, organizing, storing, dispatch of goods, including scheduling & tracking shipments.
· Maintaining accurate stock records, managing inventory
· Preparing necessary paperwork, invoices, and reports related to dispatch and inventory
· Checking the vehicle availability and delivery schedules
· Adhering to safety guidelines while loading and unloading of goods/items
· Multitasking ability, good communication skills
· Prior experience in Dispatch role is mandatory
· Good knowledge of computers and MS excel sheet
