Dispatch planning Team's responsibilities starts right after production gets moved to FG. Brief Purpose of this role is given below-
- Getting the inventory liquidated through formation of containers based on sales orders and delivery schedules for meeting delivery commitments. Also Inventory analysis and liquidation based on slow moving, nonmoving, fast moving SKUs.
- Coordinating with sales Coordinators, finance, production planning curing & logistics teams for ensuring hassle free dispatch operations
This role is a key interlink between Plant & Sales team as it's responsible for getting required SKUs produced at plant & getting it dispatched as per sales order priorities to customers.

Decision Making Authority (This will be for every job allocated to the individual)Refer to the Decision making box for detail information
- Demand Management: Collaborate with the Sales Team on short term and long terms forecasts.
- Consolidation of the forecasts at SKU-Warehouse level. Prepare supply coverage against the demand within lead time and resolve supply issues involving the customers as well as back end supply chain.
- Distribution Requirement Planning: Plan distribution requirement to the Europe warehouses from the supply locations (India plants, Israel plant) with an objective to achieve optimum service levels & cost.
- Manage weekly Replenishment Planning process to the warehouses: Arrive at the weekly replenishments based on the latest demand and supply situations in order to optimize inventory and service levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Manage the order commitment, order processing and order delivery processes for the direct distributors from the manufacturing locations.
- Monitor the supplies in co-ordination with the PPC team in order to achieve the targeted OTIF level.
- Weekly making status updates for our direct customers and Europe SCM team. Collaborating with them for problem solving.

Work Experience
Functional
- 2 to 3 years of experience in supply demand Planning assignment with a MNC/ any reputed Indian company with excellent systems and processes.
- Must have hands on experience in any ERP.
- Familiarity with Navision system will be an added advantage.
