Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch & Team Management: Supervise the dispatch and packing team to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and adherence to safety and quality protocols.
2. Coordination: Collaborate with production, inspection, and sales teams to plan and schedule shipments efficiently.
3. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare invoices in *Tally ERP 9*, maintain inventory and dispatch records, and submit daily and monthly reports (including ISO-IMS compliance).
4. Packaging & Quality Control: Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and handling of products while improving techniques for cost efficiency and durability.
5. Fleet & Logistics Management: Oversee dispatch vehicles, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with third-party logistics providers.
6. Customer & Vendor Communication: Handle client queries, dispatch intimations, and vendor coordination for packaging materials and transportation needs.
7. Authority & Decision-Making: Approve dispatch schedules, packaging standards, documentation, and assign responsibilities to team members as per operational priorities.
