Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the dispatch team and delivery drivers.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor vehicle tracking systems and ensure efficient route planning.
• Resolve delivery or transportation issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date records of dispatch activities, driver logs, and delivery documentation.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and comply with safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other departments to coordinate logistics.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports to evaluate dispatch performance.
• Train and develop dispatch staff to improve performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations (e.g., DOT, OSHA).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics management.
• Proven experience in supervising teams and coordinating large-scale transportation or delivery operations.
• Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and best practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
