Job Description:

As a Dispatch Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of food products from our Bhandup facility. This is a full-time night shift position ideal for freshers looking to start their career in logistics within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations from the kitchen/warehouse
• Ensure accurate packaging and timely delivery of orders to outlets or customers
• Communicate with delivery partners and internal teams to track movement of goods
• Maintain dispatch records and prepare basic reports
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols as per food industry standards
• Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve issues in real-time

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in logistics/dispatch is a plus
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Sheets)
• Should be detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual
