Dispatch executive cum sales coordinator

The job involves supporting daily sales activities and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and order processing. You will be responsible for arranging and managing transportation for product deliveries, coordinating with transporters, and ensuring vehicle availability as per schedule. Additionally, you will oversee the loading of vehicles to ensure correct products and quantities are dispatched, following safety and quality standards. Handling logistics and coordinating with transporters for smooth dispatch processes will be a key aspect of this role. You will also be required to check and verify products before dispatch to ensure accuracy in quantity, labeling, and packaging as per order details. Maintaining records of dispatches, transportation schedules, and customer interactions, and sharing daily updates with the HODs will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, handling customer visits to the company is also included in the job scope. This is a Full-time, Permanent job opportunity suitable for Freshers.
