Dispatch and logistics executive

As a Dispatch Coordinator, your role will involve handling daily dispatch operations and coordinating with transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers. You will be responsible for preparing dispatch documents such as challans, invoices, and GR notes, as well as tracking shipments and updating dispatch status in the system or Excel. Your coordination with warehouse, sales, and production teams will be crucial for ensuring a smooth flow of dispatch. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily dispatch operations and coordinate with transporters - Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers - Prepare dispatch documents such as challans, invoices, and GR notes - Track shipments and update dispatch status in the system or Excel - Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and production teams for smooth dispatch flow - Maintain stock records and monitor inventory movement - Handle logistics-related queries and ensure cost-effective transportation Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics process - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems - Strong coordination and communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to have a good understanding of dispatch and logistics processes, be proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems, possess strong coordination and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the benefit of cell phone reimbursement.
