Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Technomatix Plant Simulation experience is a must to have skillset (2 years minimum)
Experience in building DES Models to optimize layout and process.
Experience with Throughput analysis, Bottleneck analysis, What-if’ analysis
Able to independently handle requirement gathering, data analysis, model build, scenario analysis, reporting
Work on analyzing manual and automation lines for a manufacturing setup
Analyze line parameters such as Throughput, Lead Time and Cycle time, buffer requirement
Support different teams with simulation model requests and be provide direction on process improvement through simulation modeling.
SimTalk Scripting experience / expertise expected to be able to quickly transform complex manufacturing logic into the simulation model.
Experience running experimenter for Monte Carlo simulations and other parametric experiments and extract necessary data from each experiment.
Able to handle crisp Video Recording from Simulation models for leadership presentations.
Good Communication & Keynote / PowerPoint skills.
Ideal candidate should have enough experience to take over current projects and quickly ramp up.

Excellent communication skills

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering / manufacturing engineering.
