Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Discharge and Summary Executive located in Chennai. The Discharge and Summary Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient discharge processes, preparing discharge summaries, updating and maintaining patient records, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of discharge documentation. Additionally, this role involves liaising with medical staff, patients, and their families to facilitate a smooth and efficient discharge process.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient management, documentation, and healthcare administration
• Proficiency in preparing discharge summaries and maintaining patient records
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus
