Director/SR Manager OF FIELD Applications Engineering

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Design & Execution:

  Lead the integration of products into client projects, ensuring seamless and optimized implementation. Collaborate closely with clients, their EPCs, and consultants to guide and participate in key project studies, including Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), to achieve superior project outcomes.

• Client Engagement:

  Working in partnership with the sales team, serve as the primary technical liaison for clients to manage all technical interactions with clients and their consultants/EPCs. Develop strong relationships that enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships

• Proposal Management:

  Oversee the development of detailed and competitive technical proposals and bids. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to ensure that all client requirements are met and that proposals align with strategic goals.

• Research & Development and Product Optimization:

  Lead efforts to capture, analyze, and apply lessons learned from client interactions and project execution. Provide actionable insights to R&D and Product teams to drive continuous product optimization and innovation.

• Design Package:

  Develop, maintain, and continually enhance the standard design package for products. Ensure that these packages reflect the latest advancements and are easily adaptable to meet diverse client needs.

• Strategic Thinker:

  Ability to develop and execute comprehensive engineering strategies aligned with company goals. Strong analytical skills to assess technical trends, project needs, and competitive landscape.

• Technical Expertise:

  Solid technical background in industrial plant design, electrochemical systems, or related fields, with a deep understanding of engineering principles.

• Business Acumen:

  Strong understanding of business operations, financial principles, and market dynamics, particularly as they relate to engineering and project management.

• Presentation Skills:

  Skilled in effectively preparing and presenting complex and highly technical information across internal and external audiences.

• Communication Skills

  : Communicates clearly and articulately in group settings, conveying information concisely and in a manner that various audiences can understand.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  Strong analytical skills to interpret technical data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Ability to solve complex engineering problems and develop innovative solutions.

  Skilled in strong and effective collaborations with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions, especially with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Fleet Operations.
