We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team and lead the strategic vision and execution of our marketing efforts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our marketing strategies, developing comprehensive plans aligned with our objectives, and enhancing our brand presence in precision medicine R&D. You will oversee various aspects including product marketing, content strategy, demand generation, market research, and customer engagement, ensuring the delivery of scientifically accurate and impactful content. Collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams will be essential to maintain brand consistency and cohesive messaging. This role will report to the co-founders. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies:** Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support business growth in the US and EU. - **Brand Building & Outreach:** Lead brand development initiatives through awareness campaigns, on-ground activations, and PR efforts to enhance brand presence and visibility in strategic markets. - **Content & Collateral Management:** Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring high-quality and compelling content including pitch documents and battle cards. - **Performance Analysis & Optimization:** Analyze performance metrics to refine tactics, align with business objectives, and optimize for greater impact. - **Brand Messaging & Governance:** Monitor and maintain content messaging consistency to deliver a cohesive brand experience across all channels. - **Strategic Planning & Budgeting:** Develop and maintain a roadmap of marketing activities, manage resources, and budgetary spends to execute initiatives within budget. **Required Skills:** - **Marketing Leadership:** 10+ years of experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on brand building, lead generation, and market penetration. Experience in life sciences or enterprise tech is beneficial. - **Content Strategy & Demand Generation:** Deep expertise in content creation and strategy with a proven track record of designing impactful campaigns that drive demand and engage target audiences. - **Vendor & Freelancer(s) Management:** Proven experience in managing external vendors, freelancers, and third-party agencies to support marketing initiatives. - **PR & Partnerships:** Expertise in building relationships with key stakeholders, industry analysts, and strategic partners to boost brand visibility and secure influential mentions. - **Performance Metrics & Data-Driven Decision Making:** Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and audience insights for refining strategies. - **Budgeting & Resource Management:** Experience in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and maximizing ROI on marketing spend within budget. - **US & EU Enterprise Tech Experience:** Demonstrated ability to build and grow brands in the US and EU through on-ground activations, PR, and localized marketing efforts.,
