Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with some work from home acceptable, for a Director/Senior Director/Executive Director of Fundraising. The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies, cultivating and maintaining donor relationships, preparing grant proposals, organizing fundraising events, and managing fundraising campaigns. The Director will also oversee donor databases, ensure compliance with fundraising regulations, and work collaboratively with the marketing and program teams to achieve fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, and grant writing
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of fundraising software and donor management systems
• Experience in non-profit sector, particularly in education and health
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
