The Director - Solutions Development at Winfo, located in Hyderabad, will play a crucial role in leading the custom development projects and the development of the company's solutions, particularly focusing on Oracle technology and benefiting from experience with Microsoft Azure. You will define a common set of standards and tools for the CI/CD lifecycle, ensuring efficient and consistent practices across Winfo. As the Director - Solutions Development, your key responsibilities will include leading the development team in creating and implementing custom software solutions, overseeing the ongoing development of Winfo's proprietary solutions to meet market needs, and utilizing your expertise in Oracle technology to guide and mentor the team. Your knowledge of Microsoft Azure will be essential in enhancing the scalability and performance of solutions. You will also define and establish standards, tools, and practices for the CI/CD lifecycle, driving their adoption across all development projects to maintain consistency and quality. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align development practices with business objectives and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within Winfo will be part of your role. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, you will ensure strategic alignment with the company's digital initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should have proven experience in leading development teams with a focus on Oracle technology, a strong background in Microsoft Azure and its integration with development practices, experience in defining CI/CD standards and driving their adoption, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders within the organization.
