Director Technology Operations & Service Delivery

As a seasoned IT delivery leader, you will be responsible for heading the India operations of a globally renowned consumer-focused group headquartered in the Middle East. Your role will play a crucial part in the company's digital transformation and offshore strategy, involving direct collaboration across different geographies. Your key responsibilities will include leading and scaling the India-based technology delivery center, overseeing Infrastructure, Applications, and Service Delivery across multiple domains, ensuring governance, operational compliance, and SLA-driven performance, acting as a strategic partner to global tech leadership to align delivery with business goals, and building, engaging, and retaining high-performing tech talent. The ideal candidate for this role would have at least 12 years of experience in IT service delivery/operations within large or global setups, proven expertise in managing offshore/GCC delivery centers, strong leadership skills in vendor governance, stakeholder management, and cross-border coordination, and certifications like ITIL and PMP would be preferred.
