Key Responsibilities

• Lead capital raising through

  private placements

• Engage with

  HNIs, doctors, professionals, angels & family offices

• Conduct investor discussions alongside founders
• Coordinate with

  merchant bankers, CAs & legal advisors

• Manage the end-to-end investor pipeline and closures
• Ensure all fundraising is

  compliant, transparent, and well-documented

Who Should Apply

Professionals with experience in:

• Banking (Relationship / Corporate / Investment Banking)

• Wealth Management

• Investment / Financial Advisory

• Startup fundraising or private placements

Ex-bankers and retired bankers with strong investor relationships are welcome
