Director of Photography and Camera Operator

You are a talented and creative Cinematographer responsible for leading the production of high-quality visual content, encompassing both videos and photos. Your role involves planning, executing, and managing all aspects of shoots to ensure they align with the brand's vision. Additionally, you will coordinate with external studios for shoot arrangements when necessary. Your primary responsibilities include leading the production of videos and photos from concept to completion, encompassing pre-production planning, shooting, and overseeing post-production to meet high creative standards. You will plan and execute in-house shoots for various content types, ensuring effective use of lighting, camera techniques, and sound. Furthermore, you will coordinate with external studios and vendors for large-scale shoots, guaranteeing smooth logistical arrangements. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and creative directors to ensure cohesive visual content that aligns with the creative strategy. Providing creative input during shoots, offering ideas on framing, lighting, scene composition, and shot selection is vital to ensure visually compelling output. You will also manage and operate all video and photography equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and setup for each shoot. Post-production coordination is crucial, as you will collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure final outputs align with the project's creative vision. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will ensure timely delivery of all shoots, video edits, and photos, maintaining smooth coordination between pre-production, production, and post-production phases. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Cinematographer with a strong portfolio in both video and photography. Proficiency with professional video and photography equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording tools is essential. Strong visual storytelling skills, coordination experience with external studios, and effective collaboration and communication abilities are also required. Knowledge of video editing and photography software is a plus, along with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
