Role Overview for Director of Operations:

As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, optimising and scaling our core operations. You will spearhead efforts to streamline processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and develop strategies that drive efficiency and growth. Your role will be crucial in aligning our operational practices with the broader vision of the company, helping us build a sustainable and impactful spiritual tech platform. What will you do?

• Operational Strategy:

  Develop and implement scalable operational strategies aligned with company goals

• Operational Excellence:

  Build systems and processes that foster a culture of operational excellence, leading to high NPS and exceptional customer experience

• Process Innovation:

  Identify inefficiencies, design scalable workflows, and adopt best practices to drive operational efficiency

• Hub Operations Management:

  Set up and manage hub operations, including vendor identification and onboarding for material procurement

• Team Leadership:

  Hire, train, and mentor hub personnel, instilling a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

• Service Fulfillment SOPs:

  Develop and implement SOPs for service fulfillment in Puja and Chadhawa functions

• Data-Driven Decisions:

  Use data analytics to inform decisions, optimize performance, and scale operations sustainably

• Vendor & Partnership Management:

  Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships to ensure seamless service delivery

Who You Are?

• A strategic leader with 8+ years in operations management, including 3-4 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experienced in scaling operations for consumer-tech startups or rapidly growing D2C companies.
• Passionate about process innovation and operational excellence.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• An excellent communicator and leader with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using digital tools for project management and operational efficiency.
