Welcome to CCPL’s new home, where the walls are fresh, the coffee is stronger, and we’re missing just one thing: the right person to say, “Good morning!” before the caffeine kicks in.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just sit at the front desk but owns it. Someone who greets visitors like VIPs, keeps the place running smoother than our balance sheets, and can spot a misplaced pen from across the room.
Your days will be full of energy, laughter, and the occasional courier who insists “I was here yesterday.” You’ll manage calls, coordinate visitors, keep things organized, and make sure every first impression of CCPL feels like a five star experience (minus the hotel rates).
If you can juggle admin chaos with elegance, handle humans with patience, and smile even when the printer starts philosophizing about its “paper jam,” this seat is yours. Confidence, communication, and curiosity matter more than experience we’ll teach you the rest.
