Director of Financial Reporting

As a Financial Reporting Manager at our company, your role will involve owning the financial reporting process, including drafting Form 10K/Q and other SEC filings. Your expertise in SEC filing on the Toppan Merrill Bridge platform will be a valuable asset. Researching technical US GAAP and SEC accounting matters will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with drafting technical accounting memorandums. You will also be tasked with managing financial reporting controls under Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) for the preparation and filing of 10K/Qs. Actively participating in supporting the external audit of our internal controls over financial reporting will be crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to determine the impact of new accounting (US GAAP) and SEC guidance on our financial reporting. Practical experience in GAAP conversions, especially from IFRS to U.S GAAP, will be beneficial.
