Role Overview: As the Director of Engineering at our product-based company in Pune, India, you will be leading the engineering team with a primary focus on cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and oversee product development with a focus on cybersecurity - Integrate cybersecurity best practices with full stack, DevOps, and cloud-based approaches - Collaborate closely with product management to align security requirements with product goals and user needs - Champion the integration of CMS platforms and plugins for secure and tailored solutions - Build, mentor, and develop an engineering team committed to product quality, security, and performance - Possess excellent communication skills and collaborate across departments to drive a product-focused culture - Maintain a strategic mindset balancing innovation, product development timelines, and cybersecurity requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field - Minimum 15-20 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a cybersecurity leadership role - Expertise in network security, application security, IAM, data protection, and threat management - Proficiency in full stack development technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, Java, and databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB - Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP - Relevant certifications in cybersecurity and cloud technologies Joining our company will offer you the opportunity to be a key leader in a top-tier product-based company where cybersecurity drives product innovation.
