This role will be responsible for growing the engineering organization and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of engineering operations, managing vendors for development purpose, managing a team of talented engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions.

10+ years of experience
5 to 7 years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
Hands on experience in SDLC and system architecture.
Be up to date on the latest technical upgrades and frameworks.
Expertise in team management and a track record of building high-performing teams.
Experience in project planning and the delivery of complex technical projects.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and a passion for driving innovation.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
