Director of Architecture

As the Director-Architecture at our company, your primary responsibility will be to drive and coordinate the evolution of the Enterprise Architecture, encompassing Business, Application, Information, and Infrastructure architectures for internal information systems. Your role involves establishing an end-to-end vision of the overall architecture design and providing technology leadership to the business unit architecture. You are expected to have specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in your discipline or function, providing expert guidance, promoting innovation, and formally training groups of less experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the definition of strategy and technology direction in a specified domain - Lead the development of Enterprise Architecture Roadmaps - Provide advice and expertise in support of governance decision-making processes and establishment of standards - Manage a community of Architects to define and adopt the best solution based on business requirements - Communicate Enterprise Architecture outcomes to directors, managers, and business users - Provide input to Demand management teams to support the analysis of customer needs/expectations - Identify technological advancements and practices beneficial to the company - Conduct technical studies and Proof of Concepts to evaluate technologies" utility for the organization - Optimize current architecture and support ongoing projects Qualifications Required: - Proficient in functional and technical knowledge, recognized as an expert in your area - Ability to understand industry drivers and drive business decisions - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to provide guidance in complex situations - Experience in coordinating and guiding others to resolve complex issues - Strong communication skills to effectively convey Enterprise Architecture outcomes - Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in the tech industry As an employee of our company, you will contribute to our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
