Director, Network Architecture

Role Overview: As a Network Architect at our company, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing enterprise Wi-Fi networks and low-latency data center networks within Arista-based environments. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring scalable and secure network infrastructure to support high-performance applications and seamless wireless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design enterprise-grade Wi-Fi networks for large campuses or distributed office environments, focusing on performance, security, and scalability. - Lead the design and deployment of low-latency Layer 2/3 LANs in data centers, emphasizing Arista EOS, spine-leaf topologies, and latency-sensitive applications. - Establish network architecture standards, configuration templates, and deployment guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions meet business and customer requirements. - Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies aligned with business strategy. - Develop detailed network diagrams, HLDs, and documentation for engineering support. - Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network issues and service incidents. - Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects. Qualifications Required: - Experience in designing and deploying enterprise Wi-Fi networks (e.g. Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus) with wireless controller configurations and roaming optimization. - Expertise in Arista Networks technologies such as EOS, CloudVision, VXLAN EVPN, and switch configurations. - Deep understanding of network architecture principles including segmentation, QoS, multicast, and routing protocols. - Experience in data center network design, spine-leaf architectures, and network security methodologies. - Familiarity with automation tools, network programmability, and relevant certifications (e.g. CCNP/CCIE, Arista ACE, CWNA/CWDP).
