Role Overview: At WPP Media, we are seeking a Director Analytics who will play a crucial role in embracing the shared core values of WPP & WPP Media. You will be part of a high-performing team focused on consulting, technology, data, partners, and platforms, which are key strategic growth areas for WPP Media. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting the Data solutions team, conducting client data & technology audits, delivering digital transformation roadmaps, project management, developing agency data champions, and fostering key relationships with data & technology partners. Key Responsibilities: - Thorough understanding of the solution frameworks for First party data consulting and utilizing them for client engagement briefs. - Deployment of data solutions consultancy & project framework for client projects and leading new business pitches, presentations, and responding to briefs with proposals. - Gaining outstanding accreditation/certifications of relevant technologies utilized within the team. - Developing strong working relationships with all team members and relevant stakeholders. - Delivering a successful client data project from brief to deployment, meeting client proposed KPIs. - Helping refine and develop new frameworks to enhance the consulting playbook(s) for the team. - Supporting Data solutions team on client brief understanding, gathering requirements, drafting responses, and developing tailored solutions using proprietary or partner technologies. - Conducting client data & technology audits for the development of audience strategies. - Delivering detailed digital transformation roadmaps to support audience activation in a client-ready format. - Project managing all signed-off SOWs, from initiation to closure and ensuring effective delivery. - Working closely with agency planning teams to identify opportunities for clients within GroupM Choreograph service scope. - Acting as the Subject Matter Expert on data marketplaces and being the point of contact for WPP Media buying teams on data strategy for media activation. - Developing agency data champions through training and enablement programs. - Creating and delivering Learning & Development sessions on partner solutions to GroupM buying and agency teams. - Leading and developing key relationships with relevant data & technology partners. - Building a great working relationship with your team, market teams, and client team to deliver success for clients. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field (Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics). - 9+ years of experience in a media, data & technology consulting role with expertise in developing client data strategies. - Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels, digital media metrics, and the data landscape. - Strategic problem-solving skills and high-level stakeholder management capabilities. - Experienced trainer with outstanding communication skills. - Strong data & tech partner management capabilities and project management skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and QA-focused. - Flexibility to work in a cross-functional team and independently problem solve. - Certifications and advanced knowledge in Marketing Technology platforms and clean room solutions will be highly regarded.
