Director Lending Business, Product Strategy & Analytics Automotive Business

As the Director of Lending Business, Product Strategy & Analytics for the Automotive Business, you will lead a high-performance team to consistently deliver business results with GNPA levels well below industry standards. Your expertise in execution and credit governance will be instrumental in driving the success of the lending portfolio. One of your key accomplishments will be the design and implementation of a Credit Risk Scoring (CRS) model, which will enhance the underwriting process and reduce bounce rates. By streamlining workflows and processes, you will be able to reduce the Turnaround Time (TAT) to under 8 hours in a majority of cases, significantly improving operational efficiency. In addition to your focus on lending operations, you will also be responsible for leading the Product Strategy & Analytics function. By aligning credit policies, distribution channels, and data analytics, you will drive scale, efficiency, and portfolio quality improvements. Your role will involve overseeing analytics for both Auction and Retail verticals, as well as owning Pricing & Assortment strategies for the Retail business. You will lead a team of analysts in automating workflows, developing diagnostic tools, and supporting senior management in strategic decision-making. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing dashboards, pricing models, and real-time alerts to enhance visibility and accelerate decision-making processes. Your expertise in algorithmic procurement will help in boosting inventory churn, improving margins, and reducing reliance on manual processes. By leveraging data insights on vehicle ageing, lead flow, and market trends, you will design pricing models that drive liquidation efficiency and increase gross margins. Your strategic approach to product pricing and assortment will be critical in maximizing profitability and optimizing the business's financial performance.,
