Job Description

You will be the main point of contact for all Workplace Strategy & Design related matters within the organization. Supporting the Workplace Strategy & Design Lead, you will be involved in the development of workplace strategies, making recommendations, and generating necessary materials such as Space Budgets (via CPAT) and engagement decks. You will also assist in onboarding Interior Design / Workplace Strategy consultants and ensure the sharing of all relevant materials for consistent delivery. Your responsibilities will include leading interactions with appointed Interior Design Peer Reviewers, representing D&C through the Peer Review process, and engaging with the Global Design Team to ensure clarity on CWE guidance for consistent application in the region. You will oversee any exception approval requests and attend relevant project meetings to steer Workplace Strategy & Design direction, ensuring alignment with IEP and CWE GWDG guidelines. It will be important for you to proactively engage with RES colleagues to keep them updated on the latest Workplace Strategy and Design direction, trends, processes, successes, lessons learned, and compliance requirements. You will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement and seeking support from Regional/Country leadership within the business. Additionally, you will coordinate with ICM, RES Country Heads, and Transactions Head to review RLS HC projections & HR Personas for each site against the existing footprint for upcoming portfolio and lease initiatives. Leading the identification, development, and recommendation of Workplace Strategy changes for sites where existing footprint and RLS HC projections deviate or in response to other Real Estate drivers/events will be part of your role. Furthermore, you will provide Workplace & Design support/inputs as required to RES colleagues during Pre IEP activities such as Test Fit procurement and development, stakeholder engagement/approvals, and data analysis of regional occupancy stats and benchmarking.,
