Job Description

As a Director - Digital Solutions at our technology-led healthcare solutions provider, you will play a crucial role in providing architectural blueprints and technical leadership on the AEM Sites platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating high-level product specifications with a focus on system integration and feasibility - Working closely with developers and customers to ensure effective and intuitive implementation - Owning and managing the overall technical delivery to customers and leading technical discussions with customer teams - Ensuring that AEM Best Practices are followed and preventing the introduction of technical debt during projects Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field with 10+ years of progressive experience on AEM - Expertise in design and development of AEM custom components and OSGi bundles and services - Strong knowledge of underlying AEM architecture (Sling, OSGi, JCR/CRX, etc.) - Strong knowledge of integrating AEM with other solutions (Analytics, Target, CRM, etc.) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders in customer organizations - Good problem-solving and debugging skills - Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles If you are excited about working at the convergence of healthcare and technology, being mentored by industry experts, and contributing to our purpose-driven organization, we encourage you to apply for this role.,
