Director - Delivery Standards & Enablement

We are seeking a pragmatic and results-driven Director - Delivery Standards & Enablement to enhance execution discipline, establish delivery governance, and uplift the maturity of delivery practices across teams. This role is ideal for a seasoned delivery professional with a passion for operational excellence and strong interpersonal skills. Your responsibilities will include defining, implementing, and institutionalizing core delivery frameworks, promoting consistent use of artifacts, establishing governance routines, benchmarking delivery maturity, identifying gaps, enabling teams to adopt delivery frameworks, evangelizing delivery discipline, promoting tool adoption, asset management, stakeholder engagement, and integrating feedback to refine tools and delivery rhythms. To excel in this role, you should have at least 12 years of experience in IT delivery, delivery governance, or PMO roles, hands-on experience in multi-project or multi-client environments, and hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. While PMP, ITIL, SAFe certifications are preferred, they are not mandatory. Your skill set should include an in-depth understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, familiarity with delivery tools like JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Power BI, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a practical mindset with a bias for structure and clarity.
