As a Director Costing and Budgeting (Pre Contracts) at one of the Largest Real Estate Companies in the world based in Pune, Maharashtra, your role will involve: - Having exposure to the Real Estate Industry for more than 15+ years in the Contracts domain. - Handling Pre Contracts for Large projects. - Working closely with internal departments for the closure of Pre Contracts. - Working on Cost Control parameters. - Experience in working on Residential Projects, Villas, Townships, etc. Your qualifications should include: - BE Civil or MTech degree. - Preference will be given to candidates who have experience managing large teams like Quantity Surveyors.,
