Preparing design basis report, area calculations based on Site Analysis. Infrastructure assessment & requirements based on population density. Working knowledge of Infrastructure networks, Road sections showing services, landscape, lighting & coordinated Infra plans. Knowledge of Building byelaws, development control regulations. Conversant with statutory planning authorities like ITPI, Urban Design Guidelines (Streetscapes, Public Amenities, Universal access). Collaborates with project teams to develop and integrate MEP/ PHE plans. Coordinates with sub consultants PHE / Electrical / Plumbing to develop designs, resolve spatial conflicts and optimize system layouts w.r.t. Master Plan. Preferred candidate profile Experience in preparing Master Plans, Detailed Lay out Plans for Urban / Regional areas, Integrated townships and Landscape Projects. Demonstrates understanding of the relationship between Design and Constructability. Presentation drawings / renders a must . Experience in Preparation of the submission drawings for the regulatory approval like TCP / Fire / Development Authority etc. an added advantage. Displays basic understanding of Contract Agreements to define work plan, scope, and schedule.
