Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in driving the content strategy at Hiver, ensuring the creation of high-quality and engaging content that aligns with the brand voice, target audience, and business objectives. Collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders such as digital marketing, product, and design teams, you will lead a team of designers, video, and content creators to deliver exceptional content across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the content strategy, incorporating SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and drive traffic to the website. Leading and managing a team of content creators, you will provide guidance, feedback, and mentoring to ensure high-quality content production. Additionally, you will create and optimize content across various channels like the website, blog articles, social media, emails, whitepapers, case studies, and video scripts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify content needs and develop an editorial calendar aligning with digital marketing goals and campaigns. It will be crucial to ensure that the content is consistently compelling, engaging, and in line with the brand voice, values, and target audience. Staying updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and content marketing best practices will drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Your role will involve closely monitoring keyword ranking and research to identify content gaps, optimize existing content, and develop new content ideas. Implementing and monitoring content performance metrics, you will use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with design and video production teams, you will create visually appealing multimedia content. Managing relationships with external content partners, influencers, communities, and industry experts will enhance content reach and engagement. You will also drive PR efforts by collaborating with media, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility and oversee content-driven branding initiatives to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 9 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry. A strong understanding of SEO concepts, excellent writing and editing skills, demonstrated leadership experience, and proficiency in using Wordpress and SEO tools are essential. A creative mindset, strong project management skills, up-to-date knowledge of content marketing trends, excellent communication, and collaboration skills are also required. Experience in creating and optimizing video content is a plus.,
