Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Director of Communications Operations with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead the vision and technical support services to Kroll Enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M365, cloud services, and identity management.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Define and execute the M365 roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide broad vision for the team in domain areas and partner with business to identify operational improvement areas.
  • Oversee administration, governance, and lifecycle management of M365 services.
  • Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and budget planning.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, global distributed team.
  • Ensure new processes and procedures are documented.
  • Administer distribution list automation and Mimecast email gateway.
  • Manage and guide on the Auth0 identity platform and certificate lifecycle management.
  • Provide guidance to team members on proper security processes and liaise with InfoSec.
  • Support and maintain enterprise SSO configurations and Power Platform.
  • Understand Service Now for adherence to SLA requests in a high-volume environment.
  • Provide M365 Copilot support and guidance.
  • Lead the vision and technical support services to Kroll Enterprise.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years focused on M365 and cloud services.
  • Proven experience aligning technical initiatives with business outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of M365 architecture, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Entra AD, on-prem AD, and enterprise security frameworks.
  • SME on Exchange Hybrid (on-prem / Online) and supporting services.
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse global communities.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows-based technologies.
  • Deep understanding of external DNS and ancillary services.
  • Understanding of key principles for identity and access management and Auth0.
  • Experience with proper certificate lifecycle management and alignment to industry standards.
  • Excellent understanding of managing SSO at enterprise scale.
