We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Commercial Forecasting and Analytics to join our team in India. This role will be responsible for leading the development of robust forecasting models and analytical frameworks that drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of commercial forecasting models and analytical frameworks to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for accurate forecasting.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to support decision-making processes.
• Present forecasting and analytics results to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to drive high performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 9-14 years of experience in commercial forecasting, analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
