Director Business Excellence lead

As the Director Business Excellence Lead at dsm-firmenich in Hyderabad, you will be part of the Business Excellence Team (GES) responsible for guiding businesses towards achieving excellence through data utilization and various tools and methodologies. Your primary objective will be to empower businesses in their pursuit of excellence by ensuring stakeholder requirements are met with the highest quality standards. You will be pivotal in fostering a culture of innovation and agility to assist businesses in navigating change and enhancing performance at an accelerated pace. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and driving performance across Service Delivery Units (SDUs) to align with business objectives, analyzing performance data for identifying trends and improvement opportunities, developing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams for executing performance improvement plans, overseeing Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives for GES, and partnering with the Global L&D team to design impactful training programs. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Master's degree from a recognized university, possess over 13 years of experience in shared services, including at least 5 years in Business Excellence functions, have excellent communication skills with international exposure, and be a Certified Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma. Proficiency in MS Office tools and data analytics is also required.
