Director - BIM

As part of the technical leadership team in data warehousing and Business Intelligence, your role involves working on multiple project streams and clients to enhance business decision-making, particularly within the Lifesciences/ Pharmaceutical domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and guide the team independently to design, implement, and deliver complex reporting and BI project assignments. - Possess expertise in a range of BI and hosting technologies such as the AWS stack (Redshift, EC2), Qlikview, QlikSense, Tableau, Microstrategy, and Spotfire. - Manage client relationships and expectations independently, delivering results back to the client with excellent communication skills. - Translate accurate briefs from the client into tasks for team members, establishing priorities and timeline plans. - Maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness, monitoring accuracy and quality of work while proactively identifying potential risks and mitigation plans. - Think analytically and logically to analyze data, problems, and situations, providing guidance to team members in the analysis process. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: BE/B.Tech, Master of Computer Application - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Pharma domain. - Technical expertise: At least 15 years of hands-on experience in BI tools such as Qlikview, QlikSense, Tableau, Microstrategy, and Spotfire. Proficiency in UI design, report modeling, performance tuning, regression testing, MS Excel, and SQL. - Functional experience in Pharma data sources like IMS, Veeva, Symphony, Cegedim, and business processes including alignment, market definition, segmentation, sales crediting, and activity metrics calculation. - Behavioral Competencies: Project Management, Communication, Attention to P&L Impact, Teamwork & Leadership, Lifescience Knowledge, Ownership, Cultural Fit, Scale of resources managed, Scale of revenues managed/delivered, Problem-solving, Talent Management, Capability Building/Thought Leadership. - Technical Competencies: Delivery Management- BIM/Cloud Info Management, Data Modelling, Business Acumen, Business Consulting.
