Job Description

As a Practice Head in Automotive Semiconductor at our organization, your role will involve driving strategy, technical leadership, and business growth for the Automotive Embedded Middleware vertical. You will oversee solutions such as Autosar, Opensource, BSP, OS, Android Auto, and related technologies. Your responsibilities will include providing technical oversight, managing people, engaging with customers, fostering innovation, and ensuring high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans for Automotive Embedded Middleware offerings to align with business goals. - Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and deploying complex embedded solutions like Autosar, Opensource, BSP, OS, Android Auto, and more. - Lead and mentor a team of engineers and architects to deliver impactful projects and promote a collaborative work culture. - Engage with customers to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that ensure satisfaction and value. - Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external partners to maximize resources and expertise. - Drive innovation by leading R&D initiatives to incorporate the latest technologies and practices in the automotive domain. - Ensure all deliverables meet industry standards for safety, security, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations. - Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and ROI for all Automotive Embedded Middleware initiatives. Skills and Qualifications: - Deep technical expertise in Automotive Embedded Middleware platforms such as Autosar (Classic/Adaptive), Opensource, BSP, OS, Android Auto. - Hands-on experience working with semiconductor MCUs and SoCs (Qualcomm, TI, NXP, Infineon preferred). - Proven leadership and team management skills with excellent interpersonal, project management, and communication abilities. - Strong business acumen with knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the automotive semiconductor space. - Creative problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, and driving R&D. - Proficiency in software development methodologies (Agile) and programming languages (C, C++, Python). - Familiarity with automotive systems including ECUs, networks, and relevant protocols.,
