As the Practice Head for Automotive Embedded Middleware, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans for our Automotive Embedded Middleware offerings. Additionally, fostering partnerships with other teams, departments, and external partners to leverage expertise and resources in Automotive Embedded Middleware is crucial for success. Staying updated with the latest developments in Automotive Embedded Middleware and identifying opportunities for innovation and research will be necessary to drive business growth. Ensuring that solutions meet quality, safety, and security standards, as well as compliance with relevant regulations, will be part of your responsibilities. Managing budgets and costs associated with projects, as well as effective resource allocation to maximize ROI, will be a vital aspect of your role. Your technical expertise in Automotive Embedded Middleware, leadership skills, business acumen, and strong communication abilities will be essential for success in this position. You must have a strong technical background in Automotive Embedded Middleware, including familiarity with Autosar, Opensource, BSP, OS, Android Auto, and software development. Experience with semiconductor MCUs and SoCs like Qualcomm, TI, NXP, Infineon will be highly preferred. Proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive innovation will be key qualifications for this role. Proficiency in Automotive Embedded Middleware technologies like Autosar (AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive), Opensource, BSP, OS, and Android Auto is required. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile, and programming languages like C, C++, and Python will be beneficial.
