Job Opening: Quantity Surveyor Real Estate Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and cost analysis for real estate projects.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure cost control.
Evaluate tenders, quotations, and contracts with vendors/contractors.
Track material usage and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
Conduct site visits to verify work progress and measurements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
Prepare periodic cost reports and highlight variances.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
210 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (real estate/construction industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of estimation, costing, and contract management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong negotiation skills.
