Job Description: As a loan sales representative, your role involves visiting potential clients/customers in the field to promote and explain loan products and services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs. Your key responsibilities will include collecting and verifying necessary documents for loan processing, providing accurate information about interest rates, eligibility, and loan terms, as well as coordinating with the backend team for loan approvals and disbursement. Additionally, you will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Visit potential clients/customers in the field to promote and explain loan products and services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs. - Collect and verify necessary documents for loan processing. - Provide accurate information about interest rates, eligibility, and loan terms. - Coordinate with the backend team for loan approvals and disbursement. - Achieve monthly sales targets. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in any loan-related field (DSA, NBFC, Bank, etc.). - Own a two-wheeler (mandatory) with a valid driving license. - Good communication and convincing skills. - Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
