Direct Mail Manager

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for borrower/customer/marketing strategy analytics. You should have experience in SQL, Direct Mail Analytics, Campaign Analytics, and Channel Management. This client-facing position requires strong communication skills. You will need to independently drive projects and lead teams of 1-3 analysts. The ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment is essential. Your profile should include a Masters or Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, computer engineering, or an analytics-related field from a top-tier university. You should have a strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work. Very strong analytical skills are required, with the ability to research and make decisions based on day-to-day and complex customer problems. Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as SQL & SAS is mandatory. Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau is preferred. Additionally, a good understanding of SQL is necessary. It is mandatory for you to have strong hands-on experience in SQL, Direct Mail Analytics, Campaign Analytics, and Channel Management. Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15 days notice period are preferred. The work location for this role is in Gurgaon or Bangalore, and the work mode is hybrid.,
