Job Description
Attend daily production meetings and adhere to the plan, sharing of information to the team by individuals related to improvements, Quality complaints, and Plan adherence.
1. Assembly and Testing:
2. Ensure materials availability before assembly,
3. Visual check the components before assembly,
4. Follow process sheet,
5. Fill check sheets wherever required,
6. Report on quality-related complaints observed during assembly to the reporting manager,
7. Ensure all the functional parameters are tested during machine test process,
8. Trouble shooting related to machine functional parameter, Others if any,
9. Adhere to weekly tools availability, correctness of the tools,
10. Daily inspection of Compressor, DG set, EOT, Tyre assembly machine etc.
11. Documentation: Complete production records, quality control reports, and other documentation as required.
12. Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
13. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and Team manager to ensure efficient production and resolve issues.
14. Adherent to the companys policy i.e. Uniform, Safety shoes, other PPE’s, Changes will be informed time to time,
15. Adhere to skill matrix, improve skill level as per the company requirements,
