Core Responsibilities

· Be familiar with and apply industry standards governing the design and manufacture of various types of transformers.

· Run quotation designs for sales departments that will then be reviewed by an Engineering Head/Supervisor before going to sales.

· Ensure Transformer reliability for Various Dielectric Tests, Thermal behavior, and short circuit behavior of Transformer by using appropriate Tools for Large power Transformers and Autotransformers using industry standards that govern the design and test of transformers.

· Take charge of electrical advance material ordering (AO), design and packaging.

· Use CAD system or other appropriate computer programs for producing design drawings.

· Apply industry standards governing the design and manufacture of various types of Power, Distribution, special transformers.

· Produce accurate detailed design drawings of oil type power/ Distribution/Special designs.

· Generate Bills of Material (BOM) for all material of core and coil assembly.

· Exercise judgment in selecting design parameters.

· Oversee the work of and train junior electrical engineers and technicians.

· Review and check designs produced by other electrical designers for conformance to specifications.

· Complete design activities in accordance with schedule requirements as assigned by the supervisor.

· Satisfy all work performance and attendance requirements.

· Read understand and implement ISO-9001 QMS (quality System manual and implement strictly.

· Coordination with cross functional departments to achieve company production and sales targets.

· Other duties as assigned by the Engineering Head.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
