Core Responsibilities

1. Incoming Material & Vendor Inspections:

· Conduct inspections for Class A, B, and C items and prepare reports.

· Arrange inward material test reports job-wise and hand over for customer submission.

· Perform vendor site inspections and document findings.

2. In-Process & Final Product Inspections:

· Conduct in-process inspections at all manufacturing stages and update job cards.

· Verify the final product against customer-approved drawings and coordinate job crediting.

· Maintain rating plates job-wise and allocate upon testing completion.

3. Testing & Calibration:

· Perform and coordinate final product testing, including test connections and register updates.

· Conduct tests on stage failures and customer returns, coordinating root-cause analysis.

· Verify and monitor the calibration status of test instruments in QA and production areas.

4. Customer Coordination & Compliance:

· Arrange and facilitate customer inspections for final transformers.

· Maintain ISO 9001 records and ensure adherence to internal procedures.

· Maintain hygiene and order in the QA area to ensure a controlled environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,234.21 per month
